In the last 10 years, an estimated 260 million people have been forced to migrate due to climate-related impacts. Today, on International Migrants Day, Public Services International (PSI) demands an approach which combines the protection of their human rights and the defence of quality public services.
US Democratic candidates are debating the need for legislation that will defend, and expand, workers' rights. Isn't it time we saw Canadian politicians start to talk about implementing similar progressive policies? Make 2020 the year we demand lofty goals to improve the lives of all working people.

No longer will unvaccinated employees or physicians face discipline for failing to wear masks at all times in patient care areas.
