Ottawa (10 Aug. 2015) — The Vote Child Care 2015 campaign is encouraging Canadians to sign a pledge for quality child care that all families can afford and count on. The campaign is holding monthly pledge days until October 2015. The next pledge day is August 12th, 2015, which is International Day of Youth.
Sign the pledge and make a commitment to support child care
By signing the pledge for quality child care, the campaign is asking Canadians to make a commitment to:
1. Vote on Election Day
2. Support a candidate that supports quality child care that all families can afford and count on.
Vote Child Care 2015 campaign
The Vote Child Care 2015 campaign is an initiative of the Child Care Advocacy Association of Canada (CCAAC), a non-partisan, non-profit organization with representatives from across Canada dedicated to promoting a universal, publicly funded, inclusive, quality, and non-profit child care system in Canada.
