Famous Canadian festival marks 50th anniversary July 9-11 in Orillia.
Orillia - 15 June 2010) - The Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU/NUPGE) is pleased to sponsor the 2010 Mariposa Folk Festival which will be held July 9-11 in Orillia. Discounted tickets are available for OPSEU members.

This year is the 50th anniversary celebration of the Mariposa Folk Festival. It will include performances by Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson, Lynn Miles, Murray McLauchlan, Sylvia Tyson, Ashley MacIsaac, Jason Collett, Downchild Blues Band, Serena Ryder, Matt Anderson, Sultans of String, Zeus, Elliott Brood, the Métis Fiddler Quartet and many others.
