St. John's (22 Feb. 2013) - Celebrate International Women's Day (IWD) with members of the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of Public and Private Employees (NAPE/NUPGE) at the screening of the movie, Made in Dagenham.
Made in Dagenham is a dramatization of the 1968 strike at the Ford Dagenham car plant, where female workers walked out in protest against sexual discrimination.
NAPE/NUPGE has purchased 15 movie tickets for 6:30 p.m. on March 6 in celebration of IWD. The movie is being screened at Empire Studios, in St. John’s.

The first 15 names drawn will be given a free ticket to the event.
