HSABC asks, "What are you doing to fight climate change?"

The HSABC/NUPGE Climate Challenge will run from September 15 to November 15.

Vancouver (27 Sept. 2022) — Health Sciences Association of BC (HSABC/NUPGE) is challenging its members to show how they are making a difference in the climate crisis.

Win by helping the planet! 

Entering the Climate Challenge is fast, easy, and encourages others to create change as well. Participants will also have a chance to win a prize!

To enter the challenge: members need to submit what they are personally doing to help battle climate change. Just post a picture to social media with the hashtag #hsaclimateaction and send the picture to info [@] hsabc.org. Members are also encouraged to share what they are doing to encourage government(s) to change policies that contribute to the climate crisis.

The HSABC/NUPGE Climate Challenge will run from September 15 to November 15.

Climate Challenge prize details

Each week 2 entrants will win a $25 gift card to a local store of their choice. When a winner is announced, their post will be shared on the union's social media channels — @HSABC (FacebookTwitter) and @HSA.BC (Instagram).

Entrants must be current HSABC/NUPGE members and are limited to 1 entry per person. Entrants can win only 1 prize during the challenge. Prize winners will be drawn randomly from all entries to date.
