Elections held at 95th annual SGEU convention in Prince Albert.
Prince Albert (20 April 2009) Bob Bymoen has been re-elected president of the Saskatchewan Government and General Employees' Union (SGEU/NUPGE).
Bymoen was returned to office by delegates attending the union's annual convention lat week in Prince Albert.
In other results, Sandy Evanovich was elected SGEU treasurer; Helen Hrynchak was elected vice-president of the National Union of Public and General Employees (NUPGE) and Bonnie McRae as alternate vice-president of NUPGE; Terry Ullman was chosen vice-president of the Saskatchewan Federal of Labour (SFL) and Leta Sieferling alternate vice-president of the SFL. Sandi Marcotte, Dave Eckert and Bonnie McCrea were elected to the SGEU's board of trustees.
